Government Taxes
All rates are, quoted in United States Dollars per room per night
All net rates are quoted in USD per room per night including Breakfast and includes 10%Service Charge, 16% T-GST and Green Tax per person per night.
New Taxes Imposition if Any
Government taxes and fees are subject to change add these on, effective from the date of implementation.
10% Service Charge plus 16% TGST will be charged on any additional services not already shown in this Agreement.
CHECK-IN TIME
Standard Check-In time is 14:00Hrs with early Check-In available subject to
availability
CHECK-OUT TIME
Standard Check-Out time is 12:00Hrs with late Check-Outs available subject
to availability.
Early check-in
In case of early check-in prior to 09:00 am, an extra 100% charge of a room tariff per night will be charged.
In case of early check-in from 09:00 am to 2:00 pm an extra 50% charge of a room tariff per night will be charged.(Based on Availability)
Late check-out
In case of late check-out prior to 06:00 pm an extra 50% charge of the room tariff per night will be charged.(Based on Availability).
In case of late check-out after 06:00 pm an extra 100% charge of the room tariff per night will be charged.(Based on Availability).
Airport Transfer by Speedboat:
• On arrival at Ibrahim Nasir International Airport will be met by our airport representative who will escort the guests to the speedboat
• If a guest is to be picked up at Male’, please be presented at Jetty No.05 (Jetty Infront of Bank of Ceylon)
• There are two options of speedboat transfers as mentioned below: o Scheduled Shared Speedboat Transfer (Price Charged Per head)
o Private Speedboat Hire (Price Charged for the whole boat)
• Upon confirmation of airport transfer, our hotel will send the speedboat on the requested
timing of guests’ arrivals

• For each guest:
o In room Coffee & Tea
o In room 1 bottle of 500ml mineral water
Additional terms
1. The Hotel shall be featured as a 3-star Hotel in any brochure program, website and / or promotional flyer and proof must be sent to the Hotel prior to final
publication.
2. The Agent / Tour Operator agrees to the cancellation policy as shown in this Contract and all rates and contractual information within this Contract are
strictly confidential.
3. Unless other arrangements have been agreed, a voucher must be presented at check in.
4. The Hotel reserves the right to carry out repairs, renovation or upgrade / preventive maintenance programs as it may deem fit, in order to keep the Hotel
in fit condition. Prior notice of any prolonged or major renovation work shall be given in advance by the Hotel to the Tour Operator.
5. If for any medical reason if a guest is required to use speedboat, the charges shall be honored by the guests.
6. This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Maldives.
7. The Contract is subject to termination in the occurrence of any of the following events:
8. If the Tour Operator commits a breach of any of the terms and conditions of this Contract.
9. If the Tour Operator is declared as bankrupt due to liquidation.
10. Upon any change in the composition or (in case of a company) ownership of the Tour Operator.
