Beach

1 Are the beaches on local islands private or public?

The beaches on local islands are public, but we do have designated ‘guest beaches’ where you can wear swimwear comfortably but not Bikini. Outside these areas, we kindly ask that you respect the local customs by dressing modestly and respect Muslim culture.

2 Can we do snorkeling or other activities on the local island beach?

“Yes, you can! Our local beach is great for snorkeling, and we can provide snorkeling gear if needed. You can also try kayaking or paddleboarding, and we’re happy to assist in arranging these activities for you.”

3 Is the beach safe for swimming?

Absolutely, the beach here is very safe for swimming, with calm and shallow waters. We do recommend being cautious during high tides, and if you’re unsure, feel free to ask us about the safest spots to swim.

4 Are there facilities like showers and sunbeds on the beach?

Yes, island guest beach has outdoor showers, and we can arrange sunbeds for you as well. If you need towels or other beach essentials, just let us know, and we’ll take care of it!

1 What types of rooms do you offer?

We offer a variety of accommodations to suit different preferences, including standard rooms and deluxe rooms. Each room is designed with comfort in mind and features local amenities to ensure a pleasant stay with sea and island view and balcony.  

2 What amenities and facilities are available?

Our hotel provides a range of facilities, including a beachfront Lounge serving local and international cuisine, complimentary Wi-Fi, and coffee and tea. We also offer excursion services for activities like snorkeling and island hopping etc.

3 How can I reach Dhoadhi Beach from Malé International Airport?

Guests can reach Dhoadhi Beach via a domestic flight followed by a speedboat transfer. Every day Except Friday Speedboat departure 10:30 am and 16:00 in evening. We can arrange transportation for you to ensure a seamless journey. Please provide us with your flight details, and we’ll take care of the rest.

4 Do you offer any special packages or promotions for stays?

Payment

1 Can I pay upon arrival, or do I need to pay in advance?

Both ways we can accepted, flexible payment options, it including pay upon check-in time or full payment in advance.

2 Is a deposit required to confirm my booking?

No. Not Required Deposit while booking confirm. 

3 Do you accept card payments, or is it cash only?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. If you prefer to pay in cash, that’s also an option. Please let us know your preference when you arrive.

We offer a variety of activities, including snorkeling, scuba diving, fishing trips, and sandbank excursions. We can also arrange cultural tours to explore the local island life. Let us know your interests, and we’ll help plan an unforgettable experience for you.

2 Do you provide assistance for planning special occasions or events?

Yes, we can help you plan special occasions like birthdays, anniversaries, or even small beach weddings. From decorations to customized dining experiences, we’ll ensure your special day is truly memorable. Let us know your requirements, and we’ll take care of the rest.

3 Are there dining options available at the hotel?

No. Around the hotel you can find plenty of restaurant like 50 m away in hotel. Thats the Good view of guest and happy time on the beach site.  

4 Do you offer any eco-friendly or sustainable tourism initiatives?

Yes, we are committed to sustainability. We actively participate in reef conservation, minimize single-use plastics, and encourage guests to join beach cleanup drives. If you’d like to learn more or participate, just let us know.

Terms and conditions

1 What happens if I need to use the speedboat for medical reasons?

If a speedboat transfer is required for medical reasons, the charges will be borne by the guest. Please inform us immediately so we can assist with the arrangements.

2 Do I need to present any documents at check-in?

Yes, unless other arrangements have been agreed upon, a voucher must be presented at check-in.

3 What happens if the hotel undergoes renovations during my stay?

We conduct regular maintenance to keep the hotel in excellent condition. For any prolonged or major renovations, we will notify guests and tour operators in advance.

4 What should I do if I need to cancel my reservation?

Our cancellation policy will be included in your booking confirmation. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact us directly.

5 Are there any complimentary offers for guests?

Yes, we provide complimentary in-room coffee, tea, and one 500ml bottle of mineral water per guest.

6 What are the airport transfer options?

We provide two types of speedboat transfers:

  • Scheduled shared speedboat transfer (charged per head)
  • Private speedboat hire (charged for the entire boat)
    Upon arrival at Velana International Airport, our representative will escort you to the speedboat. For Male’ pickups, guests should be present at Jetty No. 05, in front of the Bank of Ceylon.
